Among other things, Ride with GPS is used to create ride routes. A mobile phone app is also available that allows riders to follow the route during the ride. It is recommended that riders have the app installed on their phone so that they can be aware of their location whilst on a ride.
MBTC has a club account which is available to all financial members. This account gives club members access to many of the premium RwGPS facilities, including turn by turn navigation on your mobile, at no cost. Although it does not give access to the Mobile Route Planner, it does enable extra facilities in the web route planner when signed into the club account.
The RwGPS Help portal is a great starting point to find how to use the facility. It is easy to use and caters for both beginning and advanced users. The RwGPS YouTube channel has useful videos and livestreams.
